  • 1 cup+ cubed watermelon, rind removed
  • 1 cup+ coconut water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Watermelon: Cut off the rind of your watermelon and chop the flesh into cubes to create fresh watermelon chunks for the sorbet base.
  2. Fill Container: Place the diced watermelon into a Ninja Creami pint container, filling up to the max fill line. Pour coconut water into the same container up to the max fill line to balance hydration and sweetness.
  3. Freeze: Secure the lid tightly and place the pint container on a level surface inside the freezer. Freeze the mixture for 12 to 24 hours until thoroughly frozen.
  4. Soften Before Spinning: When ready, soften the frozen pint by microwaving for 30 seconds or running the container under hot water for a couple of minutes to ease processing.
  5. Spin Sorbet: Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and process it on the sorbet setting for a smooth texture. Alternatively, the lite ice cream setting can also be used.
  6. Adjust Texture: If the sorbet is too dry or chunky after the first spin, re-spin as necessary until achieving a creamy and smooth consistency perfect for serving.
