  • 180g Greek yoghurt

  • 12 pieces La Vache Qui Rit cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-raising flour and Greek yoghurt. Mix together thoroughly, then knead for a few minutes until a soft dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, gradually add more flour. Once kneaded, cover the dough and set it aside to rest.
  2. Prepare the Cheese Filling: While the dough rests, place the La Vache Qui Rit cheese into a small bowl and mash it with a fork until smooth. You can add additional fillings here if desired.
  3. Shape the Naans: After resting for 5 minutes, divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Take one ball and flatten it into a small circle using your hands. Place a quarter of the cheese mixture in the center, then fold and pinch the dough around the cheese to seal it inside. Flatten the stuffed dough ball into an oval or circle about 4-5 inches in diameter. Repeat with remaining dough and cheese.
  4. Cook the Naans: Heat a dry frying pan over high heat. Place one naan in the hot pan and fry each side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with all naans.
