Delight in these easy-to-make Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers featuring rich melted chocolate almond bark coating crunchy honey graham crackers, decorated with melted vanilla almond bark and optional festive sprinkles. Perfect for a quick sweet treat or holiday dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

Chocolate Coating

  • 16 ounces chocolate almond bark

Base

  • 8 honey graham crackers, broken in half (16 pieces, x 2-inch squares)

Vanilla Drizzle and Garnish

  • 4 ounces vanilla almond bark
  • Holiday sprinkles (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking sheet: Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set it aside to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.
  2. Melt the chocolate almond bark: Place the 16 ounces of chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for one minute, then stir. Continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Dip graham crackers: Take one 2½ x 2-inch graham cracker piece and dip it into the melted chocolate, flipping carefully to coat both sides thoroughly.
  4. Place coated crackers: Using a large fork, lift the chocolate-covered graham cracker out of the bowl and place it onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a second fork if needed to gently push the coated cracker off the dipping fork. Repeat for all graham crackers.
  5. Set the chocolate coating: Allow the chocolate-coated graham crackers to rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes so the chocolate can harden fully.
  6. Melt vanilla almond bark: In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the vanilla almond bark by microwaving it for 1 minute. Stir, and if needed, microwave an additional 30 seconds until fully melted and smooth.
  7. Drizzle vanilla bark: Using a large spoon, drizzle the melted vanilla almond bark decoratively over the set chocolate-covered graham crackers to add a beautiful vanilla accent.
  8. Add sprinkles: While the vanilla bark is still soft, sprinkle optional holiday sprinkles over the crackers for festive decoration and extra texture.
  9. Let vanilla bark set: Allow the vanilla almond bark to firm up for about 5 minutes before handling further.
  10. Store properly: Transfer the finished chocolate covered graham crackers to a serving tray or airtight container. Store at room temperature for up to 1 week to maintain freshness.

Notes

  • Use good quality almond bark for a smooth coating and easy melting.
  • Make sure the graham crackers are completely coated for a rich chocolate experience.
  • Melting times may vary depending on microwave wattage, so watch the melting process closely to avoid burning.
  • Adjust sprinkles type and amount based on the occasion or personal preference.
  • Store in a cool, dry place to prevent melting or stickiness.
