  • 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glaze: In a medium bowl, whisk together apple cider, maple syrup, soy sauce, bourbon (if using), and a pinch of cayenne pepper until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Roast the vegetables and apples: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
